Timeless Skin Spa has a strict cancellation policy with no exceptions. This is a standard policy Timeless Skin Spa has created as a courtesy to our other clients and staff.We require a 24 hour notice for canceling all skin care, waxing and massage appointments. For cancellations without a 24-hour notice or no shows to the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee for your missed services will be assessed.
All permanent cosmetics appointments require a 48 hour cancellation notice or a fee based on your services will be assessed. All missed consult appointments require a deposit prior to re-booking.
