Eyebrows are an important feature, which frame your face and enhance your features.
Permanent eyebrows is a great solution for those with sparse, light, no hair, or those who want to enhance their existing eyebrows. The brows should be designed as symmetrical as possible complimenting your coloring and your face shape. Before starting the actual eyebrow tattoo procedure, the artist, with your assistance, does an eyebrow design. This can sometimes take longer than the permanent eyebrow procedure itself.
You may define and enhance your own eyebrows with a few hair strokes, opt for shaded brows, or combine techniques for a 3D appearance. 3D brows may incorporate shading techniques along with hair stroke effects to create natural permanent eyebrows. This is also great solution for alopecia and trichotillomania conditions.
Please know there is are many design approaches, which are unique to each person’s desired outcome. Your consultation includes a design, color, and technique recommendation.
Design options may include but are not limited to:
∼ Hair Stroke Eyebrows Created either with microblading type needles (manually done by dragging needles to create a cut) or by machine using nano needles (very fine needles) for micro fine hair strokes without a cut. Hair strokes is a technique used to simulate hair; it adds a dimensional quality to the brows. You may have the hair stroke technique done on its own if you have hair to hide the tattooed strokes, otherwise the simulated hair strokes look better with added shading techniques to blend in and hide the visible strokes.
∼ Shaded/Stippled Eyebrows
Also known as a powder fill eyebrow, this technique fills in eyebrows with either a light (blonde) or darker (brown) color which varies in transparency and color saturation. Color options are endless. Shading or the eyebrow stippling can be done by hand or machine. We offer both for their different effects. Shading or stippling effects can be transparent like using water color or it can be more solid. Most natural will be a semi-transparent application that create a shadow of color. When thinking of transparency and color saturation, think of how you apply your eyebrow pencil or powder; a more natural look with your skin still showing through your makeup, or heavier application with no skin showing. The key to a great brow is blending the shading with strokes which results in a more natural, fuller brow than any stand-alone technique; hence Blended Brows™.
