Eyebrows
Eyebrows are important as they frame and enhance your facial features. There are many design approaches that are individual to each person’s desired outcome and skin type. Blended techniques lend to a layered, natural 3D appearance. Lasting effects of permanent makeup are affected by each person’s unique body chemistry and vary with color saturation and implantation techniques. Brows last 1-3 years.
- Sparse
- No brows
- Enhance existing brows
- Wake up and go
There are several design and color options.

Eyeliner
The style of Permanent Eyeliner recommended is known as a Tightliner or Lash Enhancement. It enhances the eyes with a soft color effect or a dark defined line placed at the base of the lashes. When your eyes are open your lash base appears thicker. You won’t see the Tightliner when your eyes are closed. Jill doesn’t do thick or winged permanent liner because the thicker designs don’t age well. A Tightliner is a great base to add more makeup to if desired. Lasts 2-5 years.
- Sparse lashes
- Feeling washed out?
- Give your eyes a pop

Lips
You can think about doing the lips with permanent makeup as a color restoration procedure. The results will be natural and your lips will appear fuller. Staying within the vermillion border is key to a natural appearance. Our lip procedures are considered a gloss and go look. Additional lipstick may be applied to further enhance the color and shape. Lasts 2-5 years.
- Lip Line+
- Lip Blush
- Restore color loss
- Lips appear fuller

Medical Tattoos
After breast reconstruction, it is possible to restore the lost areola and nipple pigmentation with permanent makeup – medical tattoos. Restorative areola tattooing is considered the last step of breast reconstruction. Careful placement of size, shape and color choice will provide for a realistic outcome.
Timeless Skin Spa is privileged to receive referrals from several SF Bay Area doctors. We are contracted and able to receive referrals from doctors at Kaiser Permanente, Northern CA.
* Other areas we do medical tattoos include facelift scars, accident scars, hairline scars, and scalp tattooing.

What is Microblading?
Microblading is a form of permanent makeup for eyebrows that was founded in the 90’s in Asia. It is one single technique.
* Careful client consideration is paramount to a successful result for the microblading technique and a good artist should be able to decide if you’re a good candidate for any combination of techniques.
Microblading is also known by a variety of names such as:
- Eyebrow Embrodery
- Microstroking
- Feathering
- Feather Touch

Permanent Cosmetic Procedures Are Popular…
Permanent Makeup continues to gain popularity. Permanent Makeup today is not what it used to be. With advanced devices and education available, permanent makeup is reaching new standards and with local laws set forth by the Health Department, both permanent makeup and the tattooing industry has more rules to follow. “That’s definitely a good thing,” says Jill.
Permanent Makeup and Microblading involve needles and shouldn’t be done on a whim at just any place by just anyone. Do your research and look for a qualified, well educated, health permitted artist to perform these procedures that are considered “permanent” but will fade with time. After all, it’s your face.
Jill offer’s a complimentary consultation to discuss design, color, pricing and other questions you may have before scheduling.
If you know you want to book Permanent Makeup, we can do the consult and the procedure at the same time. If you live far we can consult over the phone or with photos via email.
