Permanent Eyeliner
Design options may include:

Tightliner (upper or lower)
Tightliner (upper or lower)
The color, usually dark for the upper eyes, is placed directly in the lash line resulting in a subtle, natural, no makup look. It defines and makes the base of the lashes appear full and thick. The lower eyes can be done in a lighter color for a softer look.

Tightliner + Smudge
For upper eyes, this includes a Tightliner placed at the lash base and also extends just slightly beyond it. The smudge effect is barely thicker than the Tightliner and shows a little color when your eyes are closed whereas you can’t see the Tightliner when your eyes are closed. The smudge may be done in a lighter color or a transparent effect in a darker color.
Eyeliner done in California?
Would you like to have your Permanent Makeup Eyeliner done in California? Our clinic is located in Los Gatos, California. Los Gatos is located in the heart of Silicon Valley, just a few miles south of San Jose.
Permanent Makeup -Eyeliner which we call a Tightliner, enhances the eyes with a natural soft color or a dark defined look. There are many ways to do your eyes with permanent makeup. We don’t do thick or winged permanent eyeliner because the thicker designs don’t age well. The closer you stay to the lash line the better the permanent makeup ages and the less it looks like a “eyeliner tattoo”.
Your desired outcome
Whether your goal is soft and smudgy or dark and defined, a design and color consultation will help determine the right look for your goals. We often combine techniques to customize your outcome.
For example you can do a Tightline (permanent makeup tucked in your lash line) with a dark color such as black, then above that add a soft smudgy/smokey effect in a lighter color.
Our Permanent Eyeliner work is a natural look and not thick. We invite you for a complimentary consultation to discuss your design and color.
We often combine the above techniques to customize your outcome.
For example you can do a “Tight Line” with a dark color such as black, then add a soft smudge in a lighter color above that.
